Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch shallots, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 3 cans whole kernel corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 lb. peeled raw shrimp
  • 3 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Make a small roux.
  2. Add chopped onion, chopped shallots, parsley, and garlic powder to the roux.
  3. Simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Add tomato sauce, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, peeled raw shrimp, and water.
  5. Cook on medium to low heat until shrimp are done.
