Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced parsley, garlic, milk, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  5. Place the meatballs on a broiler pan or baking sheet.
  6. Broil the meatballs until cooked through and browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  7. Serve over cooked egg noodles, optionally with sauce poured over the top.
