Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup low-fat Ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon leaf oregano
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Halve the loaf of Italian bread lengthwise and rub the cut sides with the halved garlic clove.
  2. Cut the bread into 4-inch sections, then into 4 x 1 x 1-inch sticks.
  3. Broil the bread sticks 5 inches from the heat for 2 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Cool the bread sticks and store airtight for later use.
