Parsley Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper
  • freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • cooked pasta for 4 **

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as directed.
  2. Place all the ingredients - except the parmesan cheese and the pasta - in a blender, and process until smooth. Pour into saucepan, and heat over low heat until sauce just begins to simmer. Toss with the hot, cooked pasta, and top with the grated parmesan cheese.
