Instructions
- Cook the pasta as directed.
- Place all the ingredients - except the parmesan cheese and the pasta - in a blender, and process until smooth. Pour into saucepan, and heat over low heat until sauce just begins to simmer. Toss with the hot, cooked pasta, and top with the grated parmesan cheese.
