Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. shortening
  • 6 pork chops
  • 6 slices onion
  • 6 green pepper rings
  • 1 can tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Melt shortening in a saucepan.
  2. Brown the pork chops in the saucepan.
  3. Place onion slices and green pepper rings on top of each pork chop.
  4. Pour tomato soup over and around the pork chops.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat for 1 hour.
