Ingredients

  • 3 large cans Pillsbury canned biscuits
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 lb ground sausage

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet; pour off excess grease.
  2. Add chopped bell pepper and onion to the sausage; cook until softened.
  3. Turn off the stove and set the sausage mixture aside.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese into the sausage mixture.
  5. Grease a Bundt pan well.
  6. Layer the bottom of the pan with the sausage mixture.
  7. Cut each biscuit into fourths and dip into melted butter.
  8. Place a layer of biscuit fourths on top of the sausage mixture in the pan.
  9. Add another layer of sausage mixture followed by another layer of biscuit fourths.
  10. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with the sausage mixture on top.
  11. Pour the remaining melted butter over the top of the layered bread.
  12. Bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot.
