- Wash and trim cherry tomatoes.
- Slice cucumbers thinly.
- Peel carrots and cut into sticks.
- Wash mushrooms.
- Drop Brussels sprouts into boiling salted water.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes or until done.
- Drain Brussels sprouts.
- Boil frankfurters for 5 minutes, then drain or fry them.
- Cut frankfurters into thirds.
- Place cabbage head on serving platter.
- Skewer frankfurters and mushrooms with frilled toothpicks.
- Surround with cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, carrot sticks, Brussels sprouts, and bread sticks.
- Serve with Herbed Cottage Cheese.
