Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the tomatoes.
  2. Place the sliced tomatoes in a shallow dish.
  3. Mix vinegar and olive oil and pour over the sliced tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and basil on top.
  5. Let marinate in the refrigerator for several hours.
  6. Either serve cold or sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs on top and broil.
