Pasta Ala Williams
A hearty layered pasta bake featuring pepperoni, green peppers, onion, and melted cheeses, perfect for family dinners and gatherings with bold flavors and comforting textures.

Instructions
- Chop the green peppers and onion.
- Cook the onion and green peppers in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until softened.
- Cook the ridged mostaccioli noodles as directed, then drain.
- Add a little sauce to the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer cooked noodles over the sauce.
- Add a layer of Prego sauce, then onion, green peppers, and pepperoni.
- Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layering with sauce, noodles, vegetables, pepperoni, and cheese.
- Top with a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 1 hour or until the cheese is browned.
- Serve hot with Italian bread.
