Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 oz. thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 oz. sliced pimentos
  • 6 pieces artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Break the iceberg and romaine lettuce into desired bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chill the lettuce with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Add dressing, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Toss well and serve chilled.
