Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. bacon
  • 4 or 6 pork chops
  • 1 or 2 cans evaporated milk
  • cornstarch
  • seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Brown pork chops with seasoned salt. Pour milk and simmer.
  4. Thicken with cornstarch.
  5. Simmer for at least one hour before adding cornstarch.
