Ingredients

  • butter
  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 or 2 cups corn
  • 1 small can peas
  • 1 small box Minute rice

Instructions

  1. Grease a large skillet with butter.
  2. Add cooked hamburger, tomato paste, and Velveeta cheese to the skillet.
  3. Cook until the cheese is melted and well incorporated.
  4. Add cooked corn and peas to the mixture.
  5. Pour in the cooked rice last.
  6. If the mixture is dry, add liquid from the vegetables.
