Ingredients

  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 package (0.9 oz) dry vegetable soup and dip mix
  • 1 package (10 oz) chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 jar (10 oz) artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
  • 1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 package (4 oz) feta cheese
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls and press them into a 10 x 15 inch pan to form a crust.
  3. Seal perforations by pressing or rolling the dough and push up the edges to create a crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 to 12 minutes until light golden brown.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and vegetable soup mix in a bowl.
  6. Drain the chopped spinach, squeeze out excess water, and add to the mixture.
  7. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts and water chestnuts, then add to the mixture.
  8. Stir in feta cheese and crushed garlic clove.
  9. Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the baked crust.
  10. Grate Parmesan cheese over the top.
  11. Bake for another 10 to 12 minutes until heated through.
  12. Remove from oven and cut into squares to serve.
