Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 8 to 10 radishes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package dry Italian dressing
  • 1 package dry Hidden Valley dressing

Instructions

  1. Mix the cauliflower, broccoli, green onions, and radishes and set aside.
  2. Mix all ingredients of the dressing mixes (sour cream, mayonnaise, Italian dressing packet, Hidden Valley dressing packet).
  3. Stir the vegetables into the dressing mixture and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
  4. Stir the vegetables again just before serving.
