Peach-Blackberry Cobbler
A luscious peach and blackberry cobbler with flaky pie crust, sweet fruit filling, and a buttery topping, perfect for summer gatherings and fruit lovers.

Instructions
- Thaw 4 pie crusts and cut 2 of them to fit into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Place the fitted pie crusts into the bottom of the pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 quarts of blackberries, one can of sliced peaches with juice, 1 cup of sugar, and 1/4 cup of flour.
- Mix gently to coat the fruit evenly.
- Pour the fruit mixture into the prepared pie crust in the baking pan.
- Dot small pieces of margarine over the top of the fruit filling.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 45 minutes, until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
