Peach-Blackberry Cobbler

A luscious peach and blackberry cobbler with flaky pie crust, sweet fruit filling, and a buttery topping, perfect for summer gatherings and fruit lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 Pillsbury pie crusts
  • 2 quarts blackberries
  • 1 can sliced peaches with juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • dots of margarine

Instructions

  1. Thaw 4 pie crusts and cut 2 of them to fit into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. Place the fitted pie crusts into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 quarts of blackberries, one can of sliced peaches with juice, 1 cup of sugar, and 1/4 cup of flour.
  4. Mix gently to coat the fruit evenly.
  5. Pour the fruit mixture into the prepared pie crust in the baking pan.
  6. Dot small pieces of margarine over the top of the fruit filling.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 45 minutes, until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbling.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
