Peach Cobbler - Quick & Easy

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup real butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond flavoring
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 quart peach (halves or slices your choice, drained)
  • 1 dash nutmeg (for top)

Instructions

  1. Smear butter evenly onto bottom of a baking dish 9x13 or little smaller.
  2. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, milk, and flavorings together. Pour over butter in dish.
  3. Place drained peaches evenly on top of batter.
  4. Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
