Ingredients

  • 1 large can sliced peaches
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Empty the canned sliced peaches and juice into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  2. Cut the peaches into small pieces.
  3. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the peaches without stirring.
  4. Spoon the melted oleo (butter) over the cake mix, especially around the edges, without stirring.
  5. Cover the top with chopped nuts.
  6. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for approximately 1 hour.
