Sweet and indulgent peach enchiladas feature crescent rolls filled with fruit, baked until golden, with a sugary cinnamon glaze and a splash of Mountain Dew for a unique twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 4 peaches or apples, peeled and quartered
  • 2 sticks melted margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 ounces Mountain Dew

Instructions

  1. Place a piece of fruit on the wide end of each crescent roll and roll up.
  2. Arrange the rolled crescents in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
  3. Mix together the remaining ingredients: sugar, cinnamon, melted margarine, and Mountain Dew, then pour over the rolls.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
