Ingredients

  • angel cake
  • fresh peaches
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 container vanilla frozen yogurt

Instructions

  1. Cut a 2-inch top off the tube-style angel cake.
  2. Hollow out a round section of the angel cake, leaving about an inch of the sides intact.
  3. Mix fresh peaches with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to create the fruit topping.
  4. Fill the hollowed-out tunnel of the angel cake with vanilla frozen yogurt and the fruit topping.
  5. Replace the top of the angel cake and freeze until firm.
  6. Slice the cake and serve with additional fruit topping.
