- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Drain peaches in syrup and chop coarsely.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, and lemon juice.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped peaches and chopped pecans.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan and slicing.
