Instructions
- Fill bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan with sliced, pared fruit. Sprinkle fruit with cinnamon and sugar.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add melted butter and eggs to flour mixture.
- Stir batter until thoroughly mixed.
- (Batter will be stiff.)
- Spread batter over fruit.
- Bake at 350° approximately 40 to 45 minutes, until golden brown and crusty.
