Ingredients

  • 2 small frozen waffles
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 large fresh peach, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp peach preserves
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Toast the waffles and spread 1 teaspoon of butter over each.
  2. In a small bowl, combine peach slices with peach preserves and cinnamon.
  3. Spoon the peach mixture over one waffle.
  4. Place the second waffle on top of the peaches.
  5. Top with whipped cream and serve.
