Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled
  • 1 can peach pie filling
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cube the sweet potatoes.
  2. Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray.
  3. Place sweet potato cubes in the slow cooker.
  4. Add the peach pie filling, melted butter, grated ginger, and salt.
  5. Mix to coat the sweet potatoes evenly.
  6. Cook on low for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.
  7. Just before serving, top the sweet potatoes with additional topping if desired.
