Ingredients

  • 1 small can pimento
  • 1 (No. 2) can or 2 cups drained asparagus
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cups milk cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup American cheese, grated fine
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, folding in asparagus last.
  2. Use 1/4 cup of crumbs for the top.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
