Ingredients

  • 2 c. peanut butter
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 4 c. crispy rice cereal
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 stick paraffin wax

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter, confectioners sugar, melted butter, and crispy rice cereal in a bowl. Mix well and shape into small balls.
  2. Chill the balls for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and paraffin wax in a double boiler, mixing well.
  4. Dip the chilled peanut balls into the melted chocolate mixture and place on wax paper.
  5. Let the coated bonbons stand until the chocolate is firm.
