Peanut Butter Dips

Ingredients

  • paraffin
  • chocolate
  • margarine
  • rice krispies
  • confectioners sugar
  • crunchy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Mix confectioners sugar, Rice Krispies, crunchy peanut butter, and margarine in a large bowl with your hands.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
  3. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and half of the paraffin wax.
  4. If the chocolate mixture is too thick, add more paraffin wax until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Use a fork to dip the peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate, then set them back on the wax paper.
  6. Refrigerate the dipped balls to speed up the hardening of the chocolate.
  7. Yields approximately 6 dozen peanut butter dips.
