Peanut Butter Oat Bars
Chewy and rich peanut butter oat bars combine sweet, nutty flavors with chocolate and butterscotch chips, perfect as an easy snack or dessert for all occasions.

- In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, 1/4 cup peanut butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla; gradually add the oats. Press into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 400°F for 12 to 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips and 1/3 cup peanut butter in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Stir until blended and spread over warm bars.
- Cool completely and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before cutting.
