Ingredients

  • 14 oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups biscuit baking mix
  • 6 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixer bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg, water, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add the biscuit baking mix and mix well.
  4. Stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool the bars completely.
  9. Cut into 36 bars.
  10. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
