Peanut Buttered Popcorn

- In a large roasting pan, combine the popped popcorn and almonds; keep warm in a 250°F oven.
- Butter the sides of a heavy 1 1/2-quart saucepan. Combine sugar, honey, and corn syrup in the pan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil hard for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until blended.
- Immediately pour the peanut butter mixture over the popcorn and almond mixture, stirring to coat well.
- Allow to cool, then break into bite-sized pieces.
