  • 1 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 pound grated cheese

Tips & Substitutions

For a different flavor, try adding spices like cumin or coriander to the mixture. If you're out of peanuts, sunflower seeds or chopped almonds can work as substitutes. To enhance the texture, consider mixing in some grated carrots or chopped spinach. Keeping the vegetables slightly crunchy will add to the overall experience. Serve with a side of fresh salad for balanced nutrition.

Serving Suggestions

This peanut loaf pairs beautifully with a fresh green salad or steamed vegetables for a nutritious meal. Drizzle with a tangy sauce or serve with a dollop of yogurt for added creaminess. It also works well as a sandwich filling when sliced thickly. For a heartier dish, serve alongside roasted potatoes or quinoa.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover peanut loaf in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, slice the loaf and warm it in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes, or until heated through. You can also microwave individual slices, covered, for 1-2 minutes, ensuring they remain moist.
