Ingredients

  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pear halves, drained and diced
  • 3 Tbsp. salted peanuts
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. low-fat sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine shredded cabbage, drained and diced pear halves, salted peanuts, and celery salt.
  2. Stir in sour cream and mix well.
  3. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
