Ingredients

  • 5 cups cereal
  • 1 cup salted Spanish peanuts
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup banana chips
  • 1 (3 1/8 oz.) package vanilla regular pudding and pie filling (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Lightly butter a jelly roll pan measuring 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch.
  2. Mix cereal, peanuts, raisins, and banana chips in a large bowl.
  3. Mix dry pudding and pie filling with honey in a small saucepan.
  4. Heat the mixture to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  5. Reduce heat and boil, stirring for 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.
  7. Pour the warm mixture over the cereal mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  8. Spread the mixture in the prepared pan.
  9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
