Ingredients

  • 3 oz. lime gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup pear juice
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple including juice
  • 1 1/2 cups diced canned pears, drained
  • 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lime gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add pear juice to the dissolved gelatin.
  3. Chill until the mixture is partially set.
  4. Stir in crushed pineapple (with juice), diced drained pears, and miniature marshmallows.
  5. Chill until almost firm.
  6. Fold in whipped cream.
  7. Chill until the gelatin is completely firm.
