Pecan Bubble Bread is a rich, sweet overnight treat featuring tender rolls, toasted pecans, and a caramel-like topping, perfect for breakfast or brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 frozen dinner rolls
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 package (3 3/4 oz.) instant butterscotch pudding
  • 3/4 cup pecans
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Cover the bottom of the pan with pecans.
  3. Place the quartered frozen dinner rolls on top of the pecans.
  4. Sprinkle the dry instant butterscotch pudding and cinnamon evenly over the rolls.
  5. Melt the oleo and brown sugar together and drizzle over the top of the rolls.
  6. Cover the pan with a towel.
  7. Let stand on the counter or in the oven overnight.
  8. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 20 to 30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  9. Invert the pan onto a platter and serve warm.
