- With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat eggs well.
- Measure 1 tablespoon of beaten egg and mix with milk; set aside.
- To the remaining beaten eggs, add sugar, flour, salt, and chopped pecans.
- Stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
- The mixture will be very stiff.
- Dip hands in the reserved egg-milk mixture; use hands to spread dough in a lightly greased 15 x 11 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
- Spread the dough until smooth and evenly covering the pan.
