Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat eggs well.
  2. Measure 1 tablespoon of beaten egg and mix with milk; set aside.
  3. To the remaining beaten eggs, add sugar, flour, salt, and chopped pecans.
  4. Stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
  5. The mixture will be very stiff.
  6. Dip hands in the reserved egg-milk mixture; use hands to spread dough in a lightly greased 15 x 11 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
  7. Spread the dough until smooth and evenly covering the pan.
