- Combine sugar, light brown sugar, corn syrup, vinegar, and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Cook to soft-ball stage, 236°F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

- Add the peanut butter and stir until blended.
- Dust a board with confectioners' sugar and turn candy out onto it.
- Knead the candy and shape into one or two rolls.
- Cover with chopped pecans.
- Cool and slice when firm.
