Sweet cinnamon bun with nuts and raisins, layered with brown sugar and butterscotch pudding, baked to perfection—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a treat any time.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 bag frozen dinner rolls
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 package butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Grease a Bundt or tube pan and sprinkle nuts and raisins on the bottom.
  2. Place the frozen dinner rolls into the prepared pan.
  3. Mix brown sugar and butterscotch pudding and sprinkle the mixture over the rolls.
  4. Combine white sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the pudding layer.
  6. Melt the butter or margarine and pour it evenly over all the ingredients.
  7. Cover the pan well and let it sit out overnight.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  9. Turn the pan out while warm to serve.
