Delightful pecan tassies feature a rich cream cheese crust filled with sweet pecan mixture, perfect for parties or as a decadent treat for nut lovers.

Instructions
- Heat oven to 325°F.
- Mix softened cream cheese and oleo until smooth; add flour and mix well.
- Chill dough; divide into quarters, then each into 12 balls.
- Press each ball into the bottom and sides of mini muffin pans to form shells.
- In a bowl, beat eggs; stir in brown sugar and vanilla, then fold in pecan pieces.
- Spoon the pecan filling into the pastry shells, filling each cup.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then remove from pans.
