Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked multi-colored spiral pasta
  • 1 c. sliced green onion
  • 2 c. diced tomato
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 c. sliced black olives, pitted
  • 1 c. frozen corn, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2/3 c. bottled medium picante sauce
  • mayo

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine cooked pasta, green onions, diced tomato, chopped green chilies, sliced black olives, thawed corn, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and picante sauce. Stir to blend well.
  2. Add enough mayonnaise to coat all salad ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Refrigerate to let flavors meld before serving.
