Ingredients

  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 oz. maple flavoring
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan or spray with Pam.
  3. Mix self-rising flour with sugar.
  4. Add oil, maple flavoring, eggs, and chopped pecans; mix with a spoon until well combined.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, do not open the oven door while baking.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
