Ingredients

  • frozen vegetables
  • pepper
  • celery
  • stalk celery
  • ground beef
  • tomato wedges

Instructions

  1. Use a Dutch oven pan.
  2. Cover the bottom of the pan with oil and brown the ground beef.
  3. Cut up celery and pepper and add to the stew along with frozen vegetables and tomato wedges.
  4. Add enough water to fill half of the pan.
  5. Add desired amounts of seasonings, including generous amounts for flavor.
  6. Add beef bouillon cubes.
  7. Simmer the stew for about 1 hour.
  8. Thicken the stew with 3/4 cup flour mixed with water before serving.
