Ingredients

  • 1 pkg chipped beef
  • 8 boned skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 bacon slices
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small can mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Grease a shallow baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle the bottom of the pan with chipped beef, cut into small pieces.
  3. Wrap each chicken breast in one slice of bacon.
  4. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts on top of the chipped beef in the dish.
  5. Mix the can of mushroom soup with sour cream and mushrooms.
  6. Pour the mushroom mixture over the top of the chicken pieces.
  7. Bake until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is heated through.
