Ingredients

  • 1 can bean sprouts, drained
  • 2 tsp. sliced ginger root or 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté the bean sprouts for 1 minute, stirring steadily.
  2. Add the sliced ginger and salt, mixing well.
  3. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sliced green onions and soy sauce, then cook for an additional 3 minutes.
