Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 cups fine dry bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts in half to make smaller pieces.
  2. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, celery salt, paprika, minced garlic, salt, and white pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken pieces in the marinade and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight to marinate.
  4. Roll the marinated chicken in fine dry bread crumbs until coated.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken in a baking dish.
  6. Drizzle 1/4 cup of melted butter over the chicken breasts.
  7. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and drizzle an additional 1/2 cup of melted butter over the chicken.
  9. Bake for another 15 minutes to finish cooking.
