Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. meal
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 fresh ground hot pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix in order given.
  2. Bake at 425° or until brown on top.
