Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground white pepper
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 1/4 c. pecan halves (about 1 lb.)

Instructions

  1. Position rack in upper third of oven and preheat to 375°. Brush heavy large baking pan with oil.
