Ingredients

  • 11 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup oleo, melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • Cool Whip (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Combine melted oleo, sugar, and crushed graham crackers and mix well.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the first layer.
  3. Melt together oleo and unsweetened chocolate.
  4. Beat in the eggs and powdered sugar into the melted chocolate and oleo mixture.
  5. Pour this over the first layer and freeze for two hours.
  6. Spread ice cream over the frozen layer and refreeze.
  7. Spread Cool Whip on top and garnish with chocolate shavings.
  8. Refreeze until firm before serving.
