Ingredients

  • cabbage, shredded
  • onion, diced
  • green peppers, diced
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • pepperoni, diced
  • Velveeta cheese, sliced

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage.
  2. Dice the onion and green peppers.
  3. Add garlic powder to taste.
  4. Mix the shredded cabbage, diced onion and green peppers, garlic powder, and diced pepperoni together.
  5. Place the mixture in a baking dish.
  6. Slice the Velveeta cheese and spread over the top of the mixture.
  7. Add just enough water to prevent sticking.
  8. Bake at 350°F until the mixture is soft, approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
