Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast (4 to 5 lb.)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup garden vegetable-flavored whipped cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. dry basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
  • 1/2 tsp. dry thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Put the turkey breast in the crockpot.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and brush the mixture over the turkey.
  3. Cover the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours.
