Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 oz shredded orange cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 pepperoni stick, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate into individual pieces.
  3. Press each biscuit into a greased muffin tin to form a cup shape.
  4. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped onion, basil, and chopped pepperoni.
  5. Spoon a small amount of the mixture into each biscuit cup.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped tomato.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven and serve warm.
